Todd Donalson
Todd Donalson is the Director of Account Management Services for Memorial Employee Assistance Services. He is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and has more than 20 years of experience providing mental health and EAP services. In addition to overseeing account management, Mr. Donalson is also responsible for coordinating and conducting training services.
Mr. Donalson's areas of expertise include substance abuse, drug testing, trauma response, and improving workplace performance. He has coordinated or conducted more than 2,000 hours of on-site training and consultation services about a variety of topics including supervisory coaching, stress management, conflict management, effective communication skills, and balancing work and family responsibilities.
