Marcia Plasters
Marcia Plasters is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, with a master's degree in Human Development Counseling with an emphasis on family therapy. Ms. Plasters is a graduate from University of Illinois at Springfield and has more than 20 years experience as a therapist. She worked on the Child and Adolescent Unit at Memorial Medical Center for 11 years.
Since 2001, she has been providing inpatient therapy services on the Adult Psychiatric Unit along with outpatient therapy at Memorial Counseling Associates. Ms. Plasters specializes in women's issues, grief and loss, divorce recovery, relationship and life transition issues, adjustment and mood disorders and stress management.
